We only accept official transcripts sent in one of the following ways:
- The school of attendance emails an encrypted PDF file of official transcripts directly to support@miregistry.org.
- The school of attendance mails sealed official transcripts to:
MiRegistry

You do not need to include your MiRegistry ID with official transcripts, since they are sent directly from the school.
Unofficial Transcripts Are Not Accepted
MiRegistry cannot accept unofficial transcripts. This includes student copies, grade reports, and transcripts that are not sent by the school or the ordering service they use, such as Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse. There is no reason to send unofficial transcripts to MiRegistry at any time.
No Access to Official Transcripts?
If you are unable to have official transcripts sent, MiRegistry can verify your college degree only with a copy of your diploma—but only if it meets the following:
- Issued by accredited college or university.
- Clearly shows the degree awarded and the date of graduation.
