The best way to add current employment for professionals working at a licensed program is to first get your employer's Child Care License ID (license number) OR MiRegistry Organization ID number from the director or administrator of your program. Once you have Child Care License ID number or the MiRegistry Organization ID number, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your profile. Click on the Employment tab of your Personal Profile.
2. Click on the Edit Employment button.
3. Click on the Add Position button.
4. Click the Select button to choose Search for Licensed Programs.
5. You may search for your employer using different methods. We recommend searching by Child Care License ID number or by your employer's MiRegistry Organization ID number.

6. Carefully review the search results. If your employer is listed, click on the search result to confirm your employer.
7. Add your position information. Click on the Save button to confirm your employment.
